Public offer

This document is a public offer — a proposal to enter into a distance retail sale agreement. The Seller's requisites appear at the end of this page.

1. Parties

Seller — the entity whose requisites are stated at the end of this page, selling goods through zundo.uz.

Buyer — an individual who places an order on zundo.uz.

2. Subject

The Seller undertakes to transfer goods (children's clothing, footwear and accessories) into the Buyer's ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this offer.

The description, specification and price of each item are published on its page. Product images are illustrative; a slight difference in shade from the image on screen is acceptable.

3. When the agreement is concluded

The agreement is concluded at the moment the Buyer:

1. assembles an order on the site,
2. confirms agreement with this offer, the return and exchange terms and the delivery terms by ticking the corresponding box at checkout,
3. presses the order confirmation button.

This constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the offer. The version of the terms in force at the moment of acceptance is stored with the order.

4. Placing an order

The Buyer specifies the item, quantity, size, delivery and payment method, contact details and delivery address.

The Seller confirms the order by telephone or by e-mail to the address given. The Seller may decline to fulfil an order if the item is out of stock or the Buyer has knowingly given false contact details; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Price and payment

Prices are stated in soums (UZS) and include every applicable tax. The price in force when the order is placed is not subject to change.

Payment methods and the moment funds are taken are described on the Payment page. Card payments are made on the acquiring bank's secure page; card details are neither passed to nor stored by the Seller.

6. Delivery

Coverage, methods, timescales, cost and the allocation of responsibility during carriage are described on the Delivery page. Those terms form an integral part of this offer.

Title and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer when the goods are handed over to the Buyer or to a person named by them.

7. Returns and exchange

The procedure, timescales and limits for exchange and return are described on the Returns page. Those terms form an integral part of this offer.

The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase in the manner and within the periods provided by the consumer protection law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. Liability

The parties are liable in accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Seller is not liable for damage arising from the Buyer's failure to follow the use and care instructions stated on the product page and on its label.

The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, nor for an address or contact details given incorrectly by the Buyer.

9. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the site.

10. Final provisions

The Seller may amend this offer. Amendments take effect when published on the site and do not apply to orders placed before publication.

Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
