Cancelling before dispatch

An order can be cancelled in full or in part while it has not been handed to the courier. Write to us or call TODO_PHONE and give the order number.

If the order was paid by card, the money goes back to the same card. Crediting takes TODO_REFUND_CREDIT_DAYS.

Exchange and return period

An item of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.

An item is accepted if it:

• has not been used,
• has kept its appearance, consumer properties, seals and factory labels,
• comes with proof of purchase (the order number or the confirmation e-mail).

What cannot be exchanged or returned

TODO_NON_RETURNABLE

This limit does not apply to items of improper quality.

Faulty items

If you find a defect, tell us and attach photographs. We will replace the item, or refund it if no replacement is available. Carriage both ways is paid by Zundo in that case.

How to arrange it

1. Write to TODO_EMAIL or on Telegram with the order number and what you are returning.
2. We agree how to hand the item over: courier, pickup point or post.
3. Once we have inspected the item we confirm the return and start the payout.

How the money comes back

A refund is made by the same method the payment was made.

• Paid by card — the money returns to the same card. Crediting depends on the issuing bank and takes TODO_REFUND_CREDIT_DAYS.
• Paid on delivery — in cash or by transfer to a card, as agreed.

Zundo starts the refund within one business day of accepting the item. How long crediting then takes is up to the bank and outside Zundo's control.

Return shipping cost

For a return of an item of proper quality, return carriage is paid by the Buyer. For an item of improper quality, by Zundo.
