Payment methods

Bank card on the site. Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard. The payment is taken on the acquiring bank's secure page.

Cash or card on delivery. Available for courier delivery in Tashkent and for pickup.

When the money is taken

The money is taken at the moment you pay for the order, right after you confirm the payment on the bank's page. This is a single-stage payment: no amount is held first and captured later.

If the payment does not go through, no money is taken. An issuing bank sometimes reserves the amount temporarily and releases it itself within a few business days.

Security

• Card details are entered on the bank's page, not on the Zundo site.
• Zundo does not receive, transmit or store the card number, expiry date or CVC.
• The payment is protected by 3-D Secure: the issuing bank may ask for a one-time SMS code or confirmation in its app.
• The connection to the payment page is protected by TLS.

Payment confirmation

After a successful payment you land on the order page showing its number and contents. If you gave an e-mail at checkout, the same details are sent there.

Keep the order number or the e-mail — it is your proof of purchase. You will need it when contacting customer care and when exchanging or returning an item.

If the payment fails

1. Check the card balance and the online-payment limit — many banks keep it switched off by default.
2. Make sure you receive SMS from your bank: without the 3-D Secure code the payment cannot complete.
3. Go back to the order page and press "Pay again" — the order is saved, there is no need to place it anew.
4. If the error repeats, write to us and we will help you place the order with cash on delivery.

Currency and price

All prices on the site are in soums (UZS) and include every applicable tax. No extra fee is charged for paying by card.
