1. What we collect

Name, phone, e-mail, delivery address, order history, and technical data (cookies, IP address, device type) — only with your consent to analytics.

2. Why

To process and deliver orders, contact you about an order, improve the site and, with your consent, send news and promo codes.

3. Who we share with

Delivery services (courier service, BTS Express, Yandex Delivery, postal service) receive the recipient's name, phone and address, which they need to hand over the order.

The acquiring bank receives the order amount, its number and the IP address the order was placed from. This is needed to take the payment and to guard against fraud.

You enter your card details on the bank's page. Zundo does not receive, transmit or store them.

Data is never sold to third parties and never passed on for advertising.

4. Storage and protection

Data is stored on encrypted servers; access is limited to customer-care staff. Retention period — 3 years from the last order.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data in the Account section or by e-mail to TODO_EMAIL. Unsubscribe from newsletters via the link in any e-mail.

Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547.
